Your EOS® Journey

Meaningful change doesn't happen overnight, and it doesn't happen by chance.

EOS® provides a proven framework for helping leadership teams build a stronger, healthier organization through a series of focused sessions that create clarity, accountability, and consistent execution.

Here's what that journey looks like.

1.The 90-Minute Meeting

1.The 90-Minute Meeting

1.The 90-Minute Meeting

This introductory session allows for discovery on both sides. I'll ask questions about your business, leadership team, and goals, and then walk you through EOS®, how it works, and what implementation looks like. The objective is to provide enough information for your leadership team to determine whether EOS® is the right fit, whether my style and approach resonate with you, and whether I believe I can help.

(No obligation and non-billable)

2.The Focus Day®

1.The 90-Minute Meeting

1.The 90-Minute Meeting

This is where the real work begins. We'll explore the five leadership abilities required to sustain growth, build your Accountability Chart, establish your first set of Rocks, introduce the meeting pulse, and begin developing your Scorecard. By the end of the day, your leadership team will have greater clarity and a practical framework for moving forward.

(Full day | Approximately 7–8 hours)

3.Vision Building Day 1

1.The 90-Minute Meeting

3.Vision Building Day 1

Typically held 30 days after Focus Day®, this session is dedicated to building the foundation of your Vision/Traction  Organizer™ (V/TO®). Together, we'll define your Core Values, explore the People Analyzer™, and work through your Core Focus and Core Target. This is where the long-term direction of the business begins to take shape.

(Full day | Approximately 7–8 hours)

4.Vision Building Day 2

4.Vision Building Day 2

3.Vision Building Day 1

Usually held about 30 days later, this session begins with a review of your Rocks and the lessons learned from the previous quarter. From there, we complete the V/TO by defining your Marketing Strategy, 3-Year Picture, and 1-Year Plan. We also establish the next set of Rocks and reinforce the accountability needed to achieve them.

(Full day | Approximately 7–8 hours)

5.Quarterly Sessions

4.Vision Building Day 2

5.Quarterly Sessions

Every 90 days, we'll step back to assess progress, solve issues, and plan for the next quarter. We'll review your Accountability Chart and V/TO, make adjustments where necessary, and establish new Rocks for the months ahead. Each Quarterly Session also introduces another EOS® tool to help strengthen your organization.

(Full day | Approximately 7–8 hours every 90 days)

6.Annual Session

4.Vision Building Day 2

5.Quarterly Sessions

The Annual Planning Session is typically held away from the day-to-day demands of the business. Day one focuses on strategy, vision, and looking at the organization from 30,000 feet. Day two becomes more tactical, translating that vision into a practical plan for the year ahead. Team health is a recurring theme throughout, with exercises designed to strengthen trust, alignment, and overall leadership effectiveness.

(Two days | Annual planning retreat)
