I'm an Ottawa-based business leader with more than 25 years of experience as a CEO, sales leader, and operator. I've built teams, navigated growth, and faced the same challenges that come with leading an entrepreneurial business.

Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer®, I've facilitated more than 350 EOS® sessions, combining real-world leadership experience with a practical approach to helping businesses succeed.
