For more than 25 years, I built my career in the high-tech industry, serving as a sales leader and CEO in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations. Those years taught me a great deal about leadership, execution, and the challenges that come with scaling a business. I also saw firsthand how quickly progress can stall when teams lack alignment, accountability, or a clear direction.
After leaving high-tech, I moved into consulting. While the work was rewarding, it often felt like I was helping organizations solve individual problems without addressing the underlying issues holding them back. The work was largely project-based, and I found myself wanting to create a deeper, more lasting impact.
Everything changed about eight years ago when I sat in on a Level 10 Meeting® while coaching a VP of Sales. Around the same time, someone handed me a copy of Traction® . What struck me immediately was its simplicity. EOS® wasn't another management theory or leadership trend. It was a practical, proven system for helping leadership teams gain clarity, solve issues, and execute consistently.
Five years ago, I made the decision to focus exclusively on EOS®. Today, I have the privilege of working with leadership teams across Ottawa, helping them build stronger, healthier organizations. What keeps me passionate about this work is seeing the transformation that happens when leaders get aligned, trust one another, and commit to a common vision. When that happens, the impact reaches far beyond the leadership team, it shapes the entire organization.
Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of working alongside entrepreneurial leaders across a wide range of industries. Here's a snapshot of the experience I bring to every leadership team I work with:
Every EOS® journey is different, but my approach is consistent. I bring the perspective of someone who has sat in the leadership seat and understands the realities of building and growing a business. My role isn't to run your company or tell you what to do. It's to help your leadership team stay focused, accountable, and committed to achieving what it wants from the business.

I'm an Integrator in an EOS®-run business and executive recruiter focused on helping leadership teams build accountable, high-performing organizations through both structure and talent.
EOS® is about helping leadership teams build stronger, healthier organizations. Sometimes, as teams work through their Accountability Chart and gain clarity around roles and responsibilities, they discover a key seat that needs to be filled or strengthened.
While recruitment is not a core part of the EOS® process, it's a challenge that occasionally emerges along the journey. For clients who need support in this area, Scott connects them with Kim.
As an Integrator in an EOS®-run business and an experienced executive recruiter, I bring a unique perspective to talent acquisition. My experience operating within an EOS® environment gives me a practical understanding of leadership alignment, accountability, and what it takes to build high-performing teams. I help leadership teams make confident hiring decisions and ensure the right people are in the right seats to support growth and execution.
